Also while Googling i came across a post from Microsoft saying that the Windows 10 May update (1903) had a problem with this card and had blocked future updates until a newer driver was released. I went to Toshibas support page to see if there was an updated driver but alas not. Make sure the check box to the left of Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power, is unchecked. All my other Devices are connected to the 5Ghz band.Touch or click the Power Management tab.In the Property: box, touch or click Wireless Mode and select the highest number available from the drop-down menu under Value.
